Firearms Transfer Procedure

How to Purchase Firearms Online:

Aztech Armory sells firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. Prior to taking possession of any firearm all purchasers must complete a Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check. (Note: exceptions to the NICS check are made for concealed carry permit holders in some states)

You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

NOTE: Ammunition and Firearms must be purchased separately, in two separate orders.

Four Easy Steps:

 1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Aztech Armory meets your state, county, or city firearm laws.

Some info on this is provided below, but give us a call and we will help you determine if you're legal.

2. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

You can use the link below to view the list of FFL holders. This may not be a comprehensive list, but should help in your search. (we do not have a preference for any FFL listed here).

Be sure to ask about their FFL transfer fee, commonly around $25 but varies by state.

2. Complete your firearm purchase through our simple checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with detailed information at that time.

If you do not receive an email by the end of the next business day after placing your order, please call 1-844-357-3030

3. Once your purchase is complete contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Aztech Armory.

Have them e-mail, fax or mail a file copy of their License to us at the address below: Please make sure they write your name and order number on any correspondence they send us.

E-Mail forms to: service@aztecharmory.com

4. In a few days your FFL holder will receive your firearm, and you can go pick it up.

Remember, you will need to fill out a Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at this time.

This transfer is solely between you and the FFL holder. Aztech Armory does not arrange the transfer or work directly with your FFL. We will however answer any questions you have and help any way we can any time throughout the process.

***Important:*** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any problems with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.  Note: Some firearms we sell may have a lifetime replacement warranty offered by one of our distributors. If this is the case with your firearm we will include instructions on how to deal with warranty claims with your order confirmation.
