Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 11:00 pm PST and Saturday & Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm PST at 1-844-357-3030. Feel free to call after hours and leave a message or send a text to 928-302-0995.

Aztech Armory accepts the following payment options:

Competitor Price Matching 

Aztech Armory will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to sales@aztecharmory.com or call us at 1-844-357-3030. Please be sure to have the link to the competing web site or the print ad from a current magazine. After we verify the product and its price we will see what we can do. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include clearance, blemished, auctions, etc). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion, please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items

We strive to keep all items shown as "in stock" available 100% of the time. However, items shown as "low stock" can sometimes become sold out between the time your order is placed and the charges are applied to your credit card, and the time the order is prepared for shipment. In these rare cases, we will first contact the supplier to find out when they expect to receive new stock. We will then contact you and you will have the option to place the item on backorder, receive a store credit or a refund to your card. No restocking fee will apply.

Items shown as "out of stock" may be able to be placed on backorder. To request a backorder, first contact us with the item number and quantity you'd like. We will check with our suppliers and find out when they expect to see it and let you know. If you still want to wait for it, then you can go ahead and place the order as you normally would. Just add the word "Backorder" along with the expected date we quoted you in the comments area. Once we receive the order we will place it in the queue and it will be shipped as soon as it is available. Note that backorders are charged 100% up front. You may cancel the backorder at any time; however you will be charged a 20% backorder cancellation fee.

We can not always stand by the quoted ETA on backorders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer and/or distributor to actually get more product to us. We will always do our best to get the product to you, however it has happened that an item becomes discontinued before we ever receive stock again. In this case we would contact you and you would have the option to choose an alternate product, receive a store credit or a refund to your card. No restocking fee will apply.

We are continually adding more product lines, so we may have other equivalent products available that are not shown yet, or maybe just not sorted yet. In the case of a long delay in receiveing a backordered item, we may suggest an another option. Feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you find a suitable alternate.

International Orders

International orders are always welcome. All international orders must be confirmed through us first. You may place your order online or via email. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.

We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS Global AIRMail. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days. All international orders are shipped on Fridays.

Order Changes

Once you submit your order to Aztech Armory changes may still be made until it has been processed and shipped. After that we can not change or cancel your order. Please double check your order before you submit it, and feel free to call or text us if you have any qustions. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Errors

Aztech Armory or Outdoor Business Network is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
