Do you pin magazines? Are the magazines you sell legal in Canada?
Yes, they are legal. All magazines will be pinned to be Canadian compliant before import into Canada. This typically means 5rds for rifle magazines and 10rds for pistol magazines. Some exceptions apply.
The items you sell on your website, are they legal in Canada?
Yes, they are legal. We only list products that are available and legal to the Canadian market. All items are verified by our compliance department; please note compliance is subject to change based on Canadian permittance.
Do you have product already in Canada, ready to ship?
We have a select inventory of items already available in Canada.
They are listed in the category 'In Canada Now!'
These products will have a “BCW-” at the beginning of their product code, and will say 'In Canada Now' in the product description. These items will be shipped as soon as possible from our Canadian facility.
Otherwise, all other items will be imported from the US accordingly.
Orders that include both "In Canada Now" items and items being imported from the US, will be held until the order is completely fulfilled and is in Canada. If you do not want to wait, please place a separate order with only 'In
Canada Now" inventory and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Do you import firearms?
What does the 'Pending' order status mean? What does the 'Processing' order status mean?
When an order is 'Pending', it has not yet been accepted into our import schedule. Your credit card is charged upon submission of your order.
When an order is updated to ‘Processing’, it has been assessed and added to the next import schedule.
When an order is updated to ‘Allocated’, it is being processed for shipping at our Canadian facility.
If we have any concerns or comments about your order, we will email you. Please allow 1 week to process your order.
Why is my item backordered?
We are at the mercy of supplier availability; if an item is backordered or out of stock with the supplier during procurement, or has a long lead-time in production, you will be notified and your order will be moved to the following import.
We will not import an item unless we have a pre-sale order from a customer.
Why are your prices in USD?
We source all of our items from suppliers in the US, so our costs are in USD. Due to constant changes in the exchange rate, our prices must be in USD. Otherwise, we would need to constantly update our prices to keep it fair.

The price at checkout is the final total price which includes all taxes, fees, etc. There are no additional fees after checkout.

First, please check your junk/spam folder.
Customers who use 'Hotmail' may have trouble receiving our updates.
